Computer was not starting. Contacted Total-Computer-Solution, Central-Market-Bhiwadi.
It took more than a week to diagnose and rectify, I was charged Rs.1600. When I started using the computer, I discovered that one drive is totally wiped out, The list of software installed was missing and it takes more than 10 minutes for a cold start, Total-Computer-Solution is now refusing to look into it and repair.

We booked an international parcel on 6th Nov. 2015 with stuff to used by my daughter in UK. The online tracking kept showing the status as "In transit" till 16th Nov. We kept on calling the office about the status besides online tracking.

Total damages of more than 15000/- rupees besides courier charges of 3960/-.
