train no.11013 Coimbatore Express

Please have two rakes for the train, as it is travelling a long distance. The train MUST ENSURE TO RUN ON TIME. Mostly it arrives at bangalore very very late. Minimum one hour late.
Also, cleanliness needs to improve on this train. The cleanliness can improve if two rakes are provided.
MOST IMPORTANT: ENSURE TRAIN RUNS ON TIME. INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE FOR REGULAR DELAY AND RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY. IT IS NOT GOOD FOR A TRAIN TO RUN LATE REGULARLY.

Train no 11013 Kurla Coimbatore Express

I travel by this train every month. When the train was extended to Coimbatote, it was a boon to Bangalore passengers travelling to Coimbatore. It comes slightly late to Bangalore; but makes up while reaching Coimbatore. Very rarely it has been delayed which has been mainly due to a serious problem and not due to running timing. There is very little time for the railway staff to clean the train. I feel that this train should be extended to Kozhikkode. After through cleaning, it should make the return journey passing through Bangalore in the morning. This will provide a good night train seat availability to Bangalore. It will also increase the revenue to railways as it will go full almost throughtout it's journey

The train train no.11013,runs between Kurla and Coimbatore. The scheduled arrival at Bangalore is 22.10 hrs. I take this train from Bangalore to Coimbatore every month. The train is late on every time I traveled. It is late by 1-2 hours routinely. once it was late by 8/10 hrs a few month's back. Recently I traveled by this train on 15th Feb 2016. On reaching Bangalore station at 21.30 hrs. The display said, train will arrive by 12 midnight, afterwords it showed 2am. We were waiting in AC waiting hall,we went to platform 3. then it was announced arrival at 3 am. Then 4am. In the mean time display showed arrival at platform no.9. All people moved to platform 9. Then another announcement, it is arriving at platform 3 only. The train arrival time was nearing, and all people/ passenger had to rush back to platform 3. In the biting cold in the early hours at Bangalore. It was hell of an experience, Ultimately train departed from Bangalore at 4.30am and reached Coimbatore next day at 1pm, as against 7am. This irregular train,must be made to run on proper timings or else timings should be changed.
