Sudden outages several times a day without any reason is the specialty of this Corporation. Also, with slight wind and a drizzle the power goes off. This unannounced way of cutting power supply disrupts daily life and some people get stuck in the lifts. This should be disciplined.

Customer service and the others naturally are good . But , the dependency on the Zonal or the office above the Sub-Station is creating continued obstacles in restoring the connection from main line to power Fuses .

Power supply is much better now.

The power power supply in Kompally, RR Dist, Secunderabad 500014 has frequent fluctuations. I have an inverter which invariably goes on and off because of high fluctuations in the Mains. Because of this, the inverter takes over and works continuously until the batteries are discharged. This is an unnecessary burden to me because I will have to pay the bill even for charging my batteries.
