Relatively better w.r.t customer service, but transmission losses etc are not curtalied.

A lot of improvement is seen in this Govt. Department. Much more is still required and hopefully it will come. A fair competition is also desirable if Govt. can transmit electricity produced by different generating companies at competitive rates in near future.

Power cuts are reduced, but still i see there are power cuts in Hyderabad with no valid reason (no heavy wind / rain).

Unsure how one person's exp will help. During 1st term of TS CM we had no outages at all and quality was good too. 2019 March onwards we have one/two outages per month. However, unsure of quality when one or two phases fail, ie the working phase has non-220v supply then EB does not act quickly. Since CM Sri.Naidu days, every time I reached EB successfully (day-time experience only) and complained about power shortages, it has been restored fairly quickly.
