when ever you call fuse call office for some failure on the incoming lines, their response is very bad. they will switch off the phone and sleep during nights. it appears they expect something to restore the fault / failure.

There is a power outage at least once a day and the claim of the Government that it is supplying uninterrupted power is just a boast.Further, there is no advance information about the outage and it is difficult to plan one's daily activities.

Power outage is high where I live in Moinabad Mandal of Rangareddy District. Often it is for hours. Response to complaints is good.

good with very few outages.

Over all the electricity services provided in my area are good. I am crossing my fingers, let's see how they perform in summer.
