CHARGING OF HIGHER RATE FOR ALL UNITS IN HIGHER SLAB IS UNREASONABLE NOT JUSTIFIED. RATE TO BE APPLIED LIKE INCOME TAX SLABS.

It is improving but respect to customer / response to customer is average.

Much better for last two years compared to earlier days of frequent power cut. But still there is unscheduled power outages for 15mins or half an hour happens every day. This needs to be improved.

Too many momentary interruptions per day, followed by breakdowns lasting a few hours. Needs prompt line patrolling when a feeder mfault occurs,tane the fault rectified. Undergroud cabling should be initiated on top priority, so that the faults and damage to equipments can be reducd.
