The company seems to have poor after sales services and is not even responding to the complaints. The author of the posts has been struggling for the service of the product which was received in defective condition. While visiting the public domains, it is found that the company after sale service is the worst. It has not even resolved a single complaint out of 143 complaints. The administrator of the site has written remarks as "Oops! We're trying to establish a communication with the company, but apparently they're not interested in resolving complaints."
This suggest that we need to avoid buying their product in view of the worst service.
