TVC Skyshop

Online/ teleshopping site. Deals with practically all items like books, magazines, electronic items, games, kitchen items, laptops etc. The company also sells items through teleshopping which are paid programmes. The paid TV programmes keep exagerating the cliams about the product and offer various schemes including guarnteed returns. I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
I sent the company an email reproduced:
I refer to the details on your website TVC Skyshop regarding the above said product. I am very keen to buy the product. Please let me know from where the said product can be purchased.

2. I am also keen to know the return policy in case I do not get desired results as being stated in the advertisement.

3. Can you please provide me the feedback from some of the buyers who might have been benefited after purchase of the said yantra.

I got a call from one of their executive. The executive told that the product is returned only if it is defective, damaged etc. It cannot be returned if The desired results are not achieved as it all depends upon the pooja. There was a total change in what it was showing in the ad and what was being told telephonically. I has requested the executive to respond to my email which practically was being avoided. In view of above, if the company cannot substantiate the claims of the advertisement, we need to be careful as the company avoided giving in writing.
