Flawed locational identification in their GPS map; resulting in dropping the clients in wrong destination even though the rider inputs the right address while booking the Uber cab. This is very dangerous, especially during a night ride, for a newcomer unknown of locational topography of a place, olds & infirms, and ladies.
Very unreasonable surge rates.
Seems to be little control over the cab drivers.
Must have a direct mechanism for the riders to contact local uber control in case of rider being directed to wrong destination.

I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
