We can"t depend on them. First they will accept and then driver says they can not come to pick up and imform us please cancel the order. I used to say you "cancell" order as you have refused to come. I have an experience with them 2 times and can not attend in time. Further there is no customer care office in chennai to inform.

I have been using Uber service extensively in Bengaluru since I am living here and have used sparingly at other places of visit such as Mysuru, Tirupati and even Bangkok. Everywhere I experienced prompt service and all the drivers I came in contact with were well behaved. Only on two occasions in Bengaluru, I felt cheated on the fair due to wrong/long route guided by the GPS to the driver than usual known route to that particular destination. Since it was not the fault of the driver, I have ignored these incidents while rating.

why they are not accepting the booking if it is credit card/pay TM. They ask us to cancel and charge amount for that. Pls address this issue. And getting the information from the drivers is that to get the money they have to spent one day . Is it true UBER?

The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
