Staff has been kind enough to help in depositing and withdrawal process after demonitising. Could get cash whenever needed unlike private banks which ran out of cash.
I am having my account in Brahmputra Complex, Noida. Entry is not permitted even to meet the manager, though I am senior citizen (75 yrs). Unable to draw any cash. Have visited the bank thrice, but security staff is asking to stand in a long queue. No arrangements for senior citizen to sit down. Atrocious service both at the bank and the ATM. Would like to close my A/C with them.
Kind and curtious. Very slow in processing. Some officials have unfriendly attitude towards customers. Has good number of branches but not interested in good functioning.
Rating is depends on personal experience. My view is that staff is working according to their wish as it is a Government Bank does not provide co-operation to consumers and talk very roughly.
i wanted to switch loan from HDFC to SBI. on 1st Oct they SMSed that they have sent my loan application. now one SBI person is asking " how to visit your house...which way it is, how far from there" Another person called up from Kilpauk that "you have to show the original document, no no no noh, you have to come here, yes yes you can send a person with those document"
The ATM / CDM in this branch has probably been 'Out of Order' for major part of the year. Any no. of complaints to the Chief Manager & the Authorities have not elicited any response .

In Bihar Sharif, there are 4 SBI branches. In none of them, GREEN CHANNEL works properly. Most of the days it remains fail. Even the day it works, you need to swipe twice or thrice or wait for luck. In the three banks, each have two Green Channel machine but they say only one may work, other is permanently non-functioning. And on that one you have to attempt your luck. Out of 20 to 25 tries, I've got only one day when it was working without any problem.
