LocalCircles has had first hand experience operating in this building. The service and quality continues to deteriorate everyday. The operators of the building lack professionalism, quality and do not understand the meaning of process. Most days they can't get the power and air conditioning started on a timely basis and violate terms. Outages of internet and power are frequent and they are so keen to save on DG costs, they dont mind making the occupants/customers sweat. Avoid this building if you want smooth functioning of your office/business.

I was using Hathway internet at our residence at Goregaon. I had taken quarterly subscription for the same. When we shifted to Thane, I had given request to disconituation for the same and requested them to pay me balance amount as well as Router deposit amount of Rs. 1000/- paid by me. They instructed me to return their mode as well as other necessary things to their nearest branch which is Dalamal Tower for me. I had submitted everything and taken GRN from them. I had called their call centre and given the GRN no. to them. They said within 90 days you will receive your refund. But now almost 6 months have passed I have not received my refund from them. whenever inquiring with their call centre they are giving me new request no. and said we will proceed your request. When I enquired with Dalalmal tower office they are saying they have not received my goods means the employees working under that roof is not trustworthy or company is not trustworthy.

Aliens space station

This realty company promised sky (a dream house) but failed to deliver to many apt. Owners in this project. Built just one tower out of 13 towers and I am sure they cannot complete this project. I myself got stuck in this and not able to get any help to get back my 25 lakhs invested in this project.
Now they are promising are not her venture in Shamshabad as Skywalk, prospective investors please be careful.
Since like me many of you also are suffering, please somebody help to get our money back. We already lost interest on loan and also on initial down payment .
