Meter Reader does not visited since long. I always contact him by phone to make my bill and he give the time when he will available at power house. I always visit and get my bill every month. I get to know surprisingly when I pay by cheque the total amount UPPCL every month add some more balance as last bill arear about 3 to 4 rupees. It is a type of economically depredation to the customer as UPPCL earn the unofficial amount of crores by giving last arear from every cheque payee

Linemen demands bribe even for main line jumper burn. Without giving them bribe they does not take pain to resolve the matter. Mostly linemen are untrained. They are used to climb on pole without ladder and tight the joints by the tool whereas they are unable to find the fault quickly. I had faced such problem of fluctuation due to jumper burn for 36 hours. They did not find the fault and on their reports J.E. told to change the meter and cable. I do not understand in which science where the J.E. read, the fluctuation may be caused by faulty Meter and cable.
We belong to Vijay nagar area of Ghaziabad, when ever you visit the office crowd is their, You will get your turn may be waiting of 30-45 minutes of any query, Most of the peoples suffers for Over billing or wrong billing etc The private partners of electricity board is making lot of money for providing any service like , Connection providing or disconnecting ,complain resolving, mtr reading on time etc. Most of the time Electronics support are out of order to help consumers.
