The power supply situation has considerably improved recently. But outages off and on have been accepted by us as a way of life. The worst thing that we are facing at sector 35 is that the connecting wires are all exposed. So whenever there is a storm or rain power goes off.

Very erratic supply. Some times off for hours. Mmsintenance poor. If wind velocity touched 25 km per hour or rain starts, the power is cut off , as of power supply is a function of weather parameters. If aconsumer pays what is demanded, then govt is 100% committed to supply uninterrupted power.

Worst - since last 3-4 years. Services are deteriorated.
Fixed charges and other levies are for uninterpreted supply of electricity. We should take a lesson from Delhi. No Fixed charges / levies should be billed till 24 hours - full month uninterrupted supply is maintained. All the residents should stop paying electricity bills, till Fixed charges are removed.
