UPCL should give the bills on a monthly basis as the slab rate changes from one month to the another. When budgeting is done month on month then billing should also be the same like all other Telecom, OTT, Gas, etc. are doing it.

UPCL gives bills for two months period. the billing is done on slab basis. therefore the citizens are being cheated as the slab rate for two months is more than if the bills were for one month period. this cheating needs to be stopped. otherwise in future, UPCL may decide to make the billing for three months or even more at a time - which would bring almost everybody to top most slab of rate of electricity. urgent that chief minister or any other authority stop this practice.
