Station heavily crowded. Platforms generally clean, but all filth accumulates on tracks. Approach to station & parking are BIG problems. Station heavily VIP oriented as a result one has to get down far away from platform & walk - includes invalids or disabled. No control over food article vendors also.

The platform is clean, the tracks are terrible.

The tracks are very bad. The platform vendors should be penalised if they throw food waste or spill water over the platform. The cleanliness workers throw the garbage on the tracks manytimes.
