Third class seva sadan. Governing body is unable to do even a quality paving work. Forget cleanliness. Agreed that citizens are also not doing their bit. But spors can be kept so clean that people stop throwing gaebage. Total failure in keeping most of the city parts dirt and dust free... Why can't it be made online by connecting all gynecological hospitals providing data on daily basis to VMC in a standard format through e-mail/website ? Citizens can apply online paying necessary fee & opt for soft-copy online or hard copy thru courier.

Its good, but procedural delay must be avoided.
