Though the door to door van comes around 5 times a week, its timings are irregular. Some sort of consistency needs to be introduced. All the points mentioned above by Mr. Pancholi are genuine with the result that the efforts put in by the corporation do not yield the required results. Some punitive action for throwing the garbage at non designated points should also be introduced.

so many time i given a complain for cleaning the main road (Harni - Sama) every time complain status show completed or solved by ward no 7 of V.M.S.S. with out take any action. every time i got message in my mobile Complain No. ...... has been completed. if not resolved yet, please contact on 18002330265. every time i give reminder but till date complain is not resolved but the status shows solved see the funniness of vadodara mahanagar seva sadan.

The system is far from satisfactory. In the first place door-to-door van frequency is irregular. Secondly the place around the dust bin is stewed with the garbage by stray dogs and the loosely roaming cows, and it is extremely difficult for a person to use the dust bins. Thirdly the working couple are not in a position to make use of the door-to-door collection facility and invariably one will find them throwing the garbage near the dust bin. The situation needs a review. Regards.

The Door-to-Door garbage collection contractor is supposed to visit DAILY & pick-up the dustbins. However, it operate once in two days, at best. Also the timings are not fixed. Also, they do not pick-up the garbage from dustbins & even do not wait for the person to come out of the home & empty the dustbin in the van. Imagine the plight of the person who is single or working couple who won't be at home when they come late !
Also, the collected garbage is dumped was dumped in the middle of the city on the banks of Vishwamitri till sometime back!
