Poor response. In January 2019, I had to pay twice by my credit card for monthly prepaid subscription. This is because their website did not show successful payment for first transaction. But they gave credit only for 1 month.
Since then I have been following up with them for either credit for another month or refund of excess payment. There is meaningless exchange of emails but no action. At one point they claimed to have refunded excess payment. But when I showed them credit card statement evidencing no refund, they just kept quiet. Till date the matter remains unresolved.
Very bad customer service.
