[1]We are from UNESCO-GAP MIL,GOI is signatory to provide free acess to technology to all citizens,and created several technical,laungage,and communication[legal channels].They are supposed to be free to air to all.
Is it TRAI,Or these Channels,or The Ministry at fault in not providing free acess to information,to students,researchers,and acedemia.
Do we need seperate telecasters for such.
How many time do we remind.
One person becomes a memver of governing council-with out seeing standing instructions.

The service of D2H is very poor and they only pursue you for payment of monthly subscription, but never bother to understand your problems.

I find D2h is not clear and transparent. They keep changing channels in background without informing customer.

it is cheating the consumers by shifting free channels to paid channels ---- all of a sudden the sun group and gemini group of channels have been removed from the normal bouquet ; initially the price variance was based on 'HD and non-HD channels, later they introduced 'Active' channels for additional price and now the monthly subscriptions are increased unauthorisedly by forcing us to pay extra for the Sun and Gemini channels ; As the channels are replicating same programmes in different languages, repeating same movies and programmes in most of the channels, then why should we pay for these channels......I think the same system must be followed by other service providers;;;;; I have shifted my subscription to the base level and added Sun channel as add-on--- it is 287 per month; earlier I was paying around 800 inr for junk programmes;
