Bank infrastructure and modern features good. But branch staffs are not very prompt in their work. I had to follow up many times for ATM card, PIN and mobile banking services. The branch staff are lagging far behind in customer service when compared to private bank staff.

Hello Everyone,
I'm also a Vijaya Bank customer since ages.
And I MUST say, that it's very very cooperative and customer-friendly bank. I never faced any problem, even in Demonetisation, even at non-home branches. They have supported very well.
'Hats off' to the entire bank staff, especially Madhapur branch and my home branch at PG Road, Nampally.

Senior Citizens PO / Bank scemes

Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.
