Still many stray dogs and cattle on the road. When questioned through RTI I had been informed as per Supreme Court orders and animal welfare act, stray dogs cannot be killed? But what prevents VM C to catch all those stray dogs and put in a place like gosala so that animal lovers can go there and feed them.
