Garbage should be collected separately(1) wet(bio degradeable) (2)Recycleable(plastic, paper). Even though collection from household is O.K. but not done separately. When residents spend thousands of rupees for luxuries, they can spend 100 to 200 rupees to purchase plastic garbage bags and segregate the waste. If any resident does not segregate, waste should not be collected from their house and if they dump it on road, hefty find should be imposed.

There is no improvement in garbage collection by VMC.(see my post on Oct.8).
