Virtual Travel Guru

The website even does not have information about the company. It has just some beautiful photos on the home page. Looking for some feedback about the company, the various public domains indicate company to be having some dubious activities. It is seen that company is highly indeficient in providing the services. I am submitting sample 2 complaints and are quoted below from the public domain. It suggest to be extra careful if you are planning to avail their services.
1. "We have booked a Manali tour package from Virtual travel guru for 2 nights and 3 days from Delhi to manali( 23 December to 25 December 2017).
We are back from our trip of Manali and to be honest we are very much unhappy with the entire experience from virtual travel guru agency Booked hotel in Manali which was changed after reached to manali with poor services whereas in package it was mentioned that hotel having a good services. We are very hurt with driver behavior& attitude was keep irritating us from day 1.

He cheated us also during every visit. We haven't go all the places because he was disturbing us& saying he has to leave, come early. He always having Weed Ganja and smoking all time during trip. Our all tour was lost& the Driver made our tour worst
I did complaining to virtual travel guru agency during trip that the driver is giving trouble to us& he was still pressurizing us and stopped the cab in Ambala not in Delhi. We told him that we paid all money to you and request him to drop the cab to delhi but he said no. And finally he dropped us at Ambala not in Delhi. Somehow we managed and spent 1500 rs extra to come to delhi from Ambala.
I am feeling like bluffed and mentally harassment, it is my first online trip but due to all this wrong commitments and cheating from virtual travel guru all spoiled "

2. "Fraud Company , Cheater
We booked family tour from Virtual Travel guru and paid the whole amount in advance but when we reach at hotel we came to know that hotel people have not receive any booking from Virtual Travel guru and now Mr. Prince of virtual travel guru is not receiving our phone also .Finally we had to settle with hotel and paid the hotel amount separately . They Cheated our total Money and even did not provide any service , So Be Careful From this type of fraud company ."
