Let the losses may be higher in the beginning but there will be a challenge to reach the target. GVMC should encourage to increase re-charging Pits and harvesting facilities ,Arresting a portion of Rain Water & Waste water run in to the see can keep the rating very high.

We get 30 minutes of water and even that is very irregular with no supply on some days.

In urban water supply is good.
