Been using Vodafone since the time, the service was named Maxtouch. Can remember only a couple of times that I had problems with them. Otherwise they have been good. Better than another service provider that I also use.
Vodafone is know to take Charges more than any other provided and we pay so that we get the best service, but Vodafone is the same or worse in many cases then othe Provides, then why pay more.
For the premium tariff plans,they can do better service.Their inter departmental communication looks pathetic w.r.to Coimbatore circle. Can do better in these areas..A great touchpoint customer experience was my expectation when I migrated to VF 3 months back..My circle can perform lot better
Mishandling of Mobile Number Portability. Ported my number 7406747747 from Vodafone Karnataka to Vodafone Chennai. Vodafone Karnataka raises bill and I pay before due date. Same bill amount Vodafone Chennai duplicates in other credits and demands and harasses me for payment. Before due date paid the Chennai component of Bill. Vodafone Karnataka and Vodafone Chennai wont speak with each other and ultimately the outgoing connection was cut today (18-Nov-2016). Escalating up to Nodal through mail with Invoices and receipts attached was of no use.
If u choose a RED plan below ur avg billing amount, they tell u that u r not eligible. This is a lie. Escalate to nodal office & get any RED plan u want. Moreover relationship manager stops receiving ur call when he needs to provide u a solution on a mistake that the company made (like billing). Nodal office also refuses to help & says one must contact the relationship manager only. Big cheats make u go round & round constantly. I asked them for a new number which has to be added in group (C.U.G) but they gave me an individual connection on my name and promised me that it will be added in the group within 3 days of time but they didnt add that in group after repeated visiting there office and the Customer Care Excutive didnt receive my calls. But when I started shooting mails to them they activated my new Number is CUG connection in a higher rental plan which was not required by me. So made several complains to Grievance Office, Nodal Office there Head Office In kolkata, none of them helped. And this cheaters have eaten my security deposit and have raised a bill on me. I have sent mails to Telecom Department minister but they also didn't do anything
