I take Sewri service. The manager who oversees pickup and drop is useless. Pickup drivers do not arrive at appointed time and never cares. The company must pay the drivers well and must train them. The customer care for booking service is not good and sometimes, I find phone is ringing while nobody has lifted. The engineering section is good while the in-charge needs to check all the details after service which I find is sloppy. My overall feeling is that people working from bottom to top lack work culture, sincerity and think that they are the highest strata of society.
