State Govt. must have a clear policy to understand and operate clear status of potable water quantum available as natural resources across the state(Pan-Maharashtra).

Must at any given point in time know the position of total availability of Potable Water as a Life Resource for any particular unit area say 10sqKm as finite element of the state.

Must Grade these units depending on availability and Water Balance and draw master policies for each unit vis-à-vis Master Policy for the State and Nation.

Would prove very useful for designing a dynamic operational policy for the state making life easy for the people living.
Technologies and technologists must be invited for the process.
