WBSEDCL is working well.

WBSEDCL new town provides freedom unit to the willing consumers for electric metering and also for prepaying. However the prepaid coupons for recharging in freedom unit is available only in the wbscdl service centre in AA I, near NBC aptts. This is very troublesome for the residents of other action areas like AA II & III. WBSEDCL has not even provisions for purchasing recharge coupons either online or through recently launched app.
The Co can open a service centre atleast near city centre 2 to mitigate a very urgent need.
