Complaint against the entity on public domain suggest that it is a fraudulent company. The company website is not working. Browsing the site give a notice about renewal from 8th May 2018 and is likely to be deleted. The complaint as available on public domain is quoted.

Got a call from a representative working for yatrasguru.com. He was informing me about the various holiday packages that they are tied up with and on registering on their website they shall be forwarding me the package kit with other complimentary gift offers.
They asked me to send my personal details like name, address etc. for the registration kit to be delivered along with complementary gifts.
They told me I have to pay a sum of money for the holiday package that they will be arranging. They said I have to pay a sum of money 1000 Rs. only for the registration. By mistake I have made a payment of around Rs. 12,499.00. But since after I did the payment I got no response from them.
It’s already more than 2 months got passed but I have not even received any calls also. I am not receiving any response from the contact details of yatrasguru.com

You are requested to arrange to return the amount Rs.25,348.00/-and take action against such fraud so that any other person can be prevented from such fraud. Awaiting for a quick action.
Detailed Scenario:
It all started on 15th Sep 2017, I have received a call from one of executive of Yatras Guru Holiday.com (Mr. Krishna Gupta 9891402574) regarding some selective and confirmed holiday package offering. I have been told to register, you need to pay online 1,000 Rs. and register yourself at our site and remaining balance payment can be made later on EMI basis. Based on our detailed discussion talks they forwarded me online payment link of 1,000 Rs. Based on his confirmation I have initiated to registration. After doing the online payment I came to know that my account was debited for complete 12,499 Rs instead of 1,000 Rs. I was surprised in beginning I have been told to to pay 1,000 Rs then how come my account got debited with 12,499 Rs. charges. Executive Krishna Gupta was not ready to accept that my account has been debited with 12,499 Rs but upon my continuous talks he agreed to check internally and told me to wait so that he can check for the technical fault. I immediately told executive to refund my complete amount and cancel my registration. He confirmed that the registration cancellation will take atleast 25-30 days and then only refund can be done. In mean time on next day I got payment confirmation mail from Yatras Guru Holiday. I again call them and told for the refund but he (Krishna Gupta) asked to wait for another 20 days atleast.
On 18th Sep 2017, I spoke with other executive Chirag +91 74535 32969 Ext 151 who told me wait for another 15 days.
On 12th Sep 2017, I spoke with the same executive (Krishna Gupta) again to confirm for the refund and he assured me for the refund in another 10 days with interest amount but nothing positively happened.
On 29 Sep 2017, I spoke with another executive Mahi Sharma, who told me that my refund will surely be done on 12th Oct 2017 and I can contact her if needed any help.
I didn’t receive any refund on 12th Oct 2017. I tried calling them several times but there was no response.
On 26 Oct 2017, I again called up Mahi Sharma who told me to speak with accounts dept for the refund status. She transferred the call to Rajesh Agarwal who told me to immediately confirm the debit card details if I need the refund immediately. First I said no but then he assured me that if I just share the debit card number then he will surely arrange for the refund in next 10 minutes.
After long discussion with him, I got convinced and ready to co-operate with him so that I can get my refund. Accordingly I shared my debit card number.
Suddenly I got to know that my account was again debited for 12,849 Rs. unknowingly. When I asked Rajesh then he told me that due to some error your account has been debited instead of crediting. He told me to wait for 72 hours and then surely I will get my entire amount 25,348.00 back to my account.
Suddenly after few days I started chasing them for the updates on my refund and then it strike me that I have been a victim of misrepresentation of facts by Yatras Guru Holiday.com and no refund will be done.

It seems the money making and fool making business plan and trapping the people with lots of promises and milking candidate pockets. "
Another complaint of similar nature was more surprising wherein instead of crediting the account with refund, the company debited the account. How the passwords have been stored in their data base as no debit can take place unless password is used.
