I have received a complaint whose contents are quoted:
"I Have placed order no.7037295on 21.05.14 at YEP ME,
But the item received is far different. so, I have contact customer care & return that item on very next day.
After laps of one Week, I have complain 3{three} times after some days duration (with complain no.736046,753496 & 761550,last time mr.ratan has talked to me on customer care) & every time I was answered that your order will be dispatched in just 2 days .
After all, Replace Order with no.7195801 placed & material dispatched on dt.17.06.14.
Now, When I have received material of replacement order no.7195801,I am shocked…because same item sent to me again (second time).i m very disappointed because I have made at least 20 calls to “YEP ME ” customer care & cost of above calls is more that 100 rs.& till then no any fruit full result found.

Then I have sent images of the product which i have received as per telephonic talk with customer care executive but no response received from yep me side after 7 days…

I have complain about this via complain no.784342,797329 & 801201 but sorry to say that till date(05.07.2014) complain not solved…"

Afetr visiting the site I found that the site does not have any contact details like, address and email ids. The only detail available is their telephone number. Visiting various public domain I found that number of people are suffering. One of the complaint which has been stated by a consumer on 04.07.2013, it is reproduced:
"Refund Issue From 8th May 2014.
I placed my order on 8th May 2014, order no.6803566, online payment done but after 2 days when i checked the status of my order, it was showing that order cancelled by customer. & When I called the helpline they told that your order got cancelled & you will get the refund within 10 day's & given me the complaint no 717133. But since then I am waiting for my refund & whenever I call the helpline, they say that it will take 5 more day's to get the status from our finance department. Today also (4th July 2014) same way they told that it will take 5 more day's because they have not got any response from finance dept. Already 2 months over but not got the refund. Now i think there is only one way left to go to consumer Court for the solution."

There are many many feedbacks and complaints like this.
The complaint is one thing but no system of complaining other than telephone number leads to unethical business practices and people need to be careful.
