air India not rescheduled my flight after taking extra charges want full refund

but its not rescheduled by air india executive chitrajan because of this have to buy new ticket from Delhi airport from counter paying extra last moment and it was last flight because didn't get any reply from 25 to 26th till 18.00pm

hi myself rahul this mail regarding refund issue and irresponsible work from air india representative "chitrajan" of pune team! now they hiding there mistake with all odd remarks which is very unethical like saying unable to connect with customer and all. its unexpected from air india.

PNR: JP13P9 that i reschedule after 10 min of booking because of Delhi situation and call directly to air india pune customer care we had conversation regarding rescheduling he agree and said you have to pay fine and all differences and am ready to pay because everyone know situations of delhi then he sent me payment link on email id faisalfarooqui16@gmail.com time:1.49 am date: 25th feb after that i paid amount of 17640 for 4 passenger transaction details are :

after completing transaction I again called the customer care he said you will get your tickets via mail in 30 minutes, The following morning we still hadn’t got any tickets. We contacted the customer care several times didn't get any response then unfortunately i have to buy new ticket from air india counter of Delhi airport just because of one person mistake we suffered a lot.

"On 26th we got a call from Kunal Swain at 16.00pm telling us that he will make sure that I will get refund in 48 hours but we haven’t heard from any of air india customer care.

Just because of all trouble am writing to you sir and believe you will take strick action asap and revert us back valuable.

kindly request you to take asap step on this and issue me my full refund amount of 39230/-Rs with compensation for wasting my time and holding my money more then 14days. not expecting compensation but refund my rest of amount that get stuck by one person mistake...!

Just waiting for reply or I'll go to higher authorities and court because this is not small amount! and its matters me a lot.
