Dear Sir/Mam,
I’m your one of old customer using DTH services from past 10 years. My customer id is:-3009939532-001
This is to bring into your notice that, I have recently upgraded my STB changed from HD Box to Internet TV Box.
Since, the time I have upgraded my STB, I’m facing lots and lots of issues from the box. About 4 time my STB has been replaced by your Service Agent but still the box is giving problems regularly.
After raising the concern to customer care 4 or 5th time, I have been informed by one of engineer visited my place that, the 4th time replacement STB I’m using having manufacturing defects and the same defects has been observed in the past STB’s been replaced.
So please provide permanent solution or refund my amount 2249/- as I paid you and return previous my HD setbox .
BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM AIRTEL DTH
