I am using mobile with prepaid sim of AIRTEL for the last 10 year. I got recharge of Rs. 330/- on 23 Oct 2018 - one month ago for unlimited period .
I surprised to received a SMS reading as " Alert! Pack validity for Airtel No. XXXXX will expire TODAY and outgoing services will stop. Recharge now with RC35 or more for continued services. Dial *121*51#."
There is a balance of more than Rs. 300/-. I am not using data facility. Then what is the purpose of sending this SMS when there is already sufficient balance in my account for unlimited period. Can Airtel has a right to stop outgoing phone ?
Please guide me hoe to overcome this situation. Thanks.
