BLANK PAPER TICKETS FOR UPPER CLASS SHOULD BE RESTARTED AND IGST SHOULD BE CHARGED ON TICKETS
REASON FOR STOPPING THIS FACILITY OF "TELESCOPIC FARE" TO UPPER CLASS PASSENGERS IS VAGUE. RAILWAYS CAN CHARGE IGST IN PLACE OF CGST/SGST. BEING CENTRAL GOVT. ORGANISATION IGST WOULD BE BEST SUITED.
EVEN CIRCULAR JOURNEY TICKETS, BREAK OF JOURNEY HAS ALSO BEEN ABOLISHED SINCE IMPLEMENTATION OF GST.
I REQUEST EVERYBODY TO TAKE UP THIS ISSUE SO THAT WE ARE NOT DEPRIVED OF TRAVEL BENEFITS.
