CHARGING SERVICE CHARGE FOR DISPOSED FAULTY ATM DEBIT CARD

AFTER SOME YEARS ATMs STARTED REJECTING THIS CARD AND SO I SURRENDERED THE CARD AT MY BRANCH AND I HAVE BEEN ISSUED A NEW CARD. SUBSEQUENTLY FOR BOTH THE CARDS - ONE ALREADY SURRENDERED AND THE ONE I AM USING SBI IS DEBITING TO MY BANK ACCOUNT SERVICE CHARGES.
I WROTE THEM FOLLOWING LETTER AND FOR WHICH NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS RECEIVED SO FAR.

For the last 2-3 years I am using the new ATM card (Classic ending with No. ****0435). You have collected service charges for this ATM card, that is well and good..
I request you to refund the service charge you collected from my account for the ATM card I had surrendered to you long back.
