CHEATED WITH OLD STOCK PAINTS

I have come to raise my written complain over here for the non satisfy of exterior paint recently applied in my building by using Dulux Paint. This is to notify that the color used in my home was worst & the co-lour was expired & the oil coating & color is not mixing with each other .Hence the color looks as patches & mat finish.i have used the same color of your company twice in 2012 & 2015 but is was OK but this time the problem raised because of defective company color. your company representative have also visited my home & looked & verified as defective color & confirmed to repaint the house by your company side with the amount of color used before & Hence requesting u to look into the matter as soon as possible. otherwise will take the help of law.sending you the photos of color & my home .

I was already informed to declare where i purchase all the paints and he will know that all the paints coming to use in my exterior colour are OLD STOCK paints. The said dealer inform to company person who already visited our home and unsatisfied about the paint and painting result in exterior surface. Now the question is if the dealer known that the OLD STOCK of January 2017 cannot use in exterior in the normal condition but instead of this he will keeping silent to move this order for paint.

Now the question is if dealer and company authorized person who visited paint area and did not get any satisfaction from this color coverage of our building then why they making promise to resolve our issue by own risk of company. I have already talked with dealer and company person who did not respond properly to close this issue. Now My exterior paint on hold after getting fade up from the dulux company as well as from dealer.

We are first use Dulux paints in 2012 year and second is in 2017 year by purchasing same color and same Dulux paint from same dealer and the result is very good at the same time in the year of 2018 it has failed to use in exterior due to OLD STOCK paints provided by such Dealer. The all photograph of paints and exterior photo has been attached here with for your best inspection.

The Dealer promised:-
The loss of our money and time has been providing by company if any such kind of issue out come after use of DULUX paints.
The Labour charges also be provided by company along with paint for repaint of our exterior again.
The Company authorized person will help to found the way to get proper exterior color.

The Company sales Boy Promised:-
The Company sales representative who also visited and inspected all the paints assurance us that the Dulux company will pay if anything happen wrong during exterior painting.
The Company sales representative also committed that he will arrange re paint of our same exterior area where the OLD STOCK paint use.
The Company sales representative has been accepted our complain and assurance us to resolve our issue as soon as possible and within time.

Our Complain are:-
The Same Dulux Paint color already used in the year of 2012 and 2017 where the signing of paint is very good.
The Same Dulux Paint has been purchased in the year of 2012, 2017 and in 2018 year in the same delar namely :- RADHESHYAM RAM & SONS, College Square Cuttack, Odisha.
The Dealer did not responding properly when i intimate him about this issue and reporting him about OLD STOCK of paint provided by him
The Dealer should have to exchange the same when it come to his notice but he did not support us as a old customer.
The Dealer promised us that he will take a necessary action to resolve our issue when he know about all the story about bad painting in our building exterior surface.
The Dealer and company sales representative also assure me to repair / repaint / re arrange to repair the exterior paints his own pocket money or by company money.
The Dealer should have rights to inform company in proper manner to resolve this issue as a OLD CUSTOMER of his business dealing.

Our Demand:-
I need to remove the old paints and re paint new PAINT in the same area as soon as possible by company money or dealer own pocket money.
I need to punish those found guilty for providing old stock paint for my exterior use.
I need to resolve my issue within 7 days from today date by company authorised person.
I need to resolve my all the complain or facing any issue during painting time.

so, therefore i hereby requested to you kindly inspection our issue again and do needful as soon as possible within 7days time given you. If failed reply this issue then we move to getting justice through the Court Proceeding along with complaining against those found guilty providing OLD STOCK or damage paints to use my exterior in the office of the Consumer Court.
