Airtel pack only talktime recharge shows as validity not applicable but after you recharge they send SMS stating validity is for 28 days when enquired many times they said it is applicable only for main account balance but again after every 28 days they are debiting the main account balance also if we don't recharge. By debiting they make your balance zero and ask you to recharge or they stop even your incoming calls. When asked they say it TRAIi complainant. By this they are cheating the gullible consumers. Let us join hands to stop this sort of cheating

      I haven't made one call also, but the balance has become zero and they have barred incoming also. Why are consumers forced to recharge again and again when all of us don't need a package. Senior citizens don't need this packages. Some packages has to be there without deadline and incoming should not be blocked. If everyone supports only they will take some action. We consumers have to fight, this is daylight Robbery so please support the cause which will benefit everyone. more
