1) Inordinate delays in delivery of SPEEDPOST covers, even within Delhi itself. My own experience booked 3 covers from Vasant Kunj PO
deliverable at Banks in Connaught Place, but delivered after 3 days.

2) Minimum charge of Ra.17/70 for SPEEDPOST within same town is
absolutely wrong as counter clerk will never return excess Rs.2/30 each cover. Hence to avoid this problem Min. Charge should be rounded off to either Rs.15/- or 20/-

      Since the suggestion is really VERY HELPFUL for public, I request all right minded citizens to sign it for consideration by concerned authorities.
