DTC-Endangering Lives...here's how

In last 2 - 3 months we have seen a spurt in accidents involving DTC Buses. Delhi-ites never had it so bad. Old Tata & Ashok Leyland: Marco Polo & Star Buses are either being phased out as they have outrun their shelf life added with No Maintenance. Condition remains same for even New Buses - JBM Electric, JBM-CNG, Tata & Ashok Leyland EV's. Some of the JBM Buses inducted in last 3-4 years are already have break downs. If you travel across Delhi any day, I am sure you will spot atleast a dozen Break Down Buses at road sides or even right on a signal or a flyover. Add to this the Drivers recruited in a hurry with No Training. These Drivers are smart as they use smart phones even while driving - not all are smart, some use blue tooth or In ear pods but majority do so using only one hand for driving while they carry on Yakking holding the mobile while driving.
I have raised over 40 complaints but received response only 3-4 times. Am attaching DTC's SMS informing me on Message as also on Mail about closure of complaint ticket with No information of ATR or any explanation. Seems DTC has its own mind. Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot is busy trying to earn brownie points taking E-Bus rides and showcasing Smart Time Tables(actually it is Dumb time table showing only routes and not timings). I found while using One Delhi & Chartr App that the Drivers indeed are smarter than DTC management. They know how to switch off GPS so that Bus movement is not monitored. So the functionality of the App is reduced or failed. Try commuting from Noida(Daily over 1000 people commute by DTC) - the service of DTC is very poor. If you see recent trends, you will find at a time 3-4 buses of same destination one behind other in a queue. The third and 4th buses would be running near empty. Najafgarh buses Route:578 you will find Plenty plying between Najafgarh-Safarjung Terminal. Earlier Railway Ministers used to get stoppage of trains at their constituency, Delhi Transport Minister cannot be blamed for providing all buses even New Ones earmarking a larger chunk for his constituency. Makes me wonder if he is Transport Minister of Najafgarh or Tranport Minister of Delhi - I had remarked it directly to him on Twitter some time back. The Survey by DTC & its actionables are equally flawed as the surveyors themselves were Drivers and Conductors of DTC so why would they not take sides with their colleagues?
