Very simple!!! Implementation of this proposal with utmost smallest changes (if required) may have a great impact on Bharat (INDIA) in future. It is so because it acts like a Prevention as "Prevention is better than Cure". It gives hope to future citizens of this country that they can live with better standards of living. It will provide good education, employment more than that confidence to survive in any circumstances. It also stops corruption, increases patriotism and also stops our country becoming like a Pakistan (economical crisis and war-mongerer), Venezuela (economical crisis), Iran, North Korea (war-mongerers) etc. It stops freebies which are prevalent today in INDIA as per the INDIA political parties manifestos.
