Flipkart and Westido - Cheated me

Flipkart sells home furniture. If you go to their website and check for furniture you will find all the ratings under 3. Which means they are bad. Same thing happened to me. I booked it and ordered for 16400/-. The order came but I was out of station so couldn’t check the product. Anyway, I reached after 10 days and by that time the grace period for return was over. I still felt it was my fault as I wasn’t at home to check and return it so I kept the sofa as it was loookg good but the quality was low.
After 4 days, suddenly the back rest of my 3 seater broke. Just 4 days of usage. And it broke. Now westido the brand of the sofa provides the service. The service is of 1 year. After emailing them and calling them they arranged for a person to come home and check for the damage. The guy came and asked me to send it back to Flipkart. However, Flipkart won’t take it as grace time for over. So westido said no problem they will repair it as there is a warranty. So I kept waiting for the repair guy but he never turned up. It’s been 2 weeks now. Westido stopped receiving my call. Flipkart said they cannot do anything as grace period over. Westido should be providing me service right. But they aren’t. 16500 is not a small amount. It’s huge. If the same happens this way. Flipkart will keep looting people and making money this way by selling cheap stuff. Where they promote 1 year warranty but there is actually no warranty. It is all a loot.
