#FlipkartReplacementPolicy# I had placed an order (VU LED TV 32 Inch) from Flipkart on 1st Oct. The TV Panel was defective which was identified at the time of installation (within Replacement policy) by Flipkart engineer itself. I requested return but Flipkart is not providing refund or replacement for this product. It has been 39 days since Flipkart has taken my money. Neither the TV is usable nor my money is being utilized. Flipkart's grievance cell is also not responding on this case and only extending time period. I have been mentally harrased by Flipkart and its grievance cell for not providing any resolution.
