The food quality of the Humsafar express from katra to sealdah is absolutely horrible and can't be eaten.
For long distance trains having journey times more than 12 hours, catering service is essential apart from the exclusive trains like rajdhani, duronto, shatabdi, etc. There may be options if any passenger don't want to take catering service while purchasing the tickets.
The food quality has to be taken care of immediately and one toll-free number should be provided in food wrappers itself so that passengers can inform then and there if the food is not good and railway officers themselves can check them on the very next station if the complain is authentic. BUT immediate attention is required in this i.e quality of food.
