Ansal Landmark Pvt. Ltd. sold a plot (A plot in Ansal Sushant City Sector 7C, Plot no. 28) to my daughter claiming that the land is acquired by MDA & handed over to Ansal for sale after developing it, duly registered in her name by B.S. Rathi the competant officer deputed by Ansal Landmark Pvt. Ltd.,. Later on while construction stared after getting map approved by MDA, it come to our knowledge that the land (plot) is un-acquired by MDA or Ansal. As per the Survey Amin (Patwari) of village Sundera/Putha in the persance of a officer from Ansal Sh Ikram and a resident of village Sundera/Putha Sh. Jagdish marked plot no. 28 as part of the Gata no. 113 (un-acquired land by MDA or Ansal). Sh. Ikram and Sh. Jagdish asked me to stop the construction till the dispute shorted out. No solution as on day.
