Fraud on Presonal Lone and fake insurance

Hi Team, I have been cheated from IDFC First Bank and Magma HDI both. The details are mentioned below: - I got a call from customer service of IDFC Bank to get the personal loan in lower rate of interest. I already having two personal loans from Tata Capital and HDFC Bank and I was further required a loan of Rs 2 lakhs due to some medical emergency. The customer service lady(Alia) told me that we will do balance transfer for you without any cost and The total loan amount which you will get would be 7 Lakhs approximately with the emi of Rs.12000 per month approximately. However when I get the notification mail from IDFC related to the loan approval the EMI amount was 15871 which was very high from which we have agreed. I had a discussion with the lady and she told me that she was not aware of it. I also had a discussion with his manager (Sorya) and he told me that this EMI is reducing and It will be reduced after 3 months which is again a pure lie and I was not in a situation to cancel this due to some medical emergency. The loan approved and disbursed on my account the total amount was 728280/-. Once the loan disbursed the customer service lady told me that I have to do the Balance transfer by my own as the company stopped doing this. I was shocked and having no option. I have spent approximately 30000 to close my previous loans. After few days again Rs 7720 has been deducted from my account I have investigated and found that this amount was deduction due to an insurance policy from Magma HDI which I was completely not aware of. I call Sorya(Manger of IDFC) he was denying that It has been deducted due to him. I checked the bank statement and found that the cheque which I have submitted at the time of loan processing has been taken for the health insurance. I again called Sorya now he accepted it and given me the contact details of Magma HDI Manager (Raman). He speaks very rudely and not understand the problem at all. I visited the office and found that All the details which was used to process the health insurance(Address, Email, contact no) was completely incorrect. I dont even know about my policy number. Somehow I got my policy number (P0020400023/6111/100184). Now the magma team is telling me that I will get only the 50% amount of Rs 7720 which was deducted for the insurance and They can not do anything about it. I want to raise the complaint against both the companies as they are very rude and told 100s of lies to their customers. I want to reduce my loan EMI which was agreed of Rs 12000 approx and I want to get all the amount which I spent on Balance transfer. Also as this was a false insurance I want to get the entire amount of Rs 7720 back.
