Illegal business ethics adopted by courier service operators
Why they are not rejecting the consignment while booking itself, saying the destination is not covered under their delivery schedule ???

Fine, after all the delivery personnel are sometimes overburdened so occasionally accepted, but not habitually. In this case the consignee collecting the parcel must be made to prove his/her identity and details of the ID document should be noted by the delivery personnel, also the signature of such person collecting the consignment must be taken compulsorily.
However, the question is: WHY ALLOW SUCH PRACTICE? Simply enforce and ensure that delivery is done at doorstep, irrespective. more
