IT ACT
Globalisation has brought in many big companies in India but many are not liable to Indian Law.
For example an abuse on a women on social media can be charged appropriately since IT Act is not strong in our country,
many giant like Amazon, Alibaba , Google , FB ect operates from overseass meaning their Servers based at USA or some other country.
if a person looses some money out of a purchase from Amazon , we cant hold Amazon responsible.Similarly Google pay ...
So I bring to your kind attention to make necessary changes in IT act that all Companies operating in India should have their operations & servers based in India and should be liable to Indian Law.
