PRINCE- MOB NUMBER 089396 68173 VISITED AND GAVE ESTIMATE OF Rs.8000 for which Mr. VINODH.R, ADMIN / MIS, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd., LGC 2 ADAMBAKKAM, MOBILE-7824012184 sent the quote for replacement of 1. Power supply Assembly & 2. Package Assembly plus GST, plus Service charges plus transportation charges amounting to Rs.7734.55. White dot problem is LED CAP GETTING UNMOUNTED WHICH SHOULD BE AGAIN GLUED. FOR THIS LG SERVICING CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS FOR REPLACEMENT OF POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGE ASSEMBLY. SHAME ON LG. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT ACTION WE HAVE TO TAKE ON LG FOR THIS UNETHICAL SERVICE OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS
