Loan Credited Without Consent by Axis Bank

INR 5 Lakhs Personal Loan credited to my account and around 7k INR debited from my credit card without my consent.

Some people called me from axis bank for a loan of 5 lakh which I said yes at that time. It was may be first week of Feb, 2020. But they later informed me that for some technical reason my card was blocked and it was not possible for them to process the loan. And they told me that they need to re-initialize the whole process from the beginning.
I said it is okay. I dont need it now. Everything fall silent after that.
Around last week of Feb, 2020 I got a call from another person of Axis Bank. He said that he can re-initialize the process if I say yes to that. I said 'no' politely. But that guy continued to try to impress me with this and that, but every time I said 'sorry'. I demand a call record verification for the same.
I was travelling in metro railways at that time and the call got disconnected automatically. I did not bother about that anymore.
Suddenly on 3rd March (03/03/2020) I find an sms after returning home that my savings account has been credited to INR 5Lakh and they have deducted INR 7k (approx) as processing fee.
I respectfully beg you revert the whole process and deduct INR 5Lakh and return my 7k processing fee immediately.

I went to Axis Bank online grievance redressal system to file level 1 complaint. On 3rd and 4th March, I repeatedly filledup the form online and submitted. Every time form submission was successful but till today, 14th March, 2020 I have not got any reference number even any acknowledge email has not been sent to me.

They are waiting for some time to pass by so that I get involved more deeply in their viciously designed loan trap.
I know for sure that they have trapped many thousands of innocent poor people like me to get their business running.
Fall silent to online complaints and everything is ok.
